		Prepare prepurchase inspection report on the condition and state of the building
		Check with controlling Authorities for demolition order, road widening provisions, drainage easements or reserves
		Provide a general description of the building; size, height, conditions and serviceability
		Prepare a structural survey and dimensional drawing of the building
		Investigate with bodies such as the local Council, National Trust of Australia and the Heritage Council on listing

Investigate compliance with local Council and other appropriate governing authorities and obtain formal approval certificates
